At Mar Company Distributors LLC, we strive to provide a smooth and efficient shipping experience for all purchases made on AromarPlus.com. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, processing times, costs, and other important details.

 

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. There are no restrictions on shipping within the U.S., and we deliver to all states, including PO Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO).

 

2. Shipping Carriers & Methods

All orders are shipped using one of the following carriers:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • UPS (United Parcel Service)
  • FedEx

We offer Standard Shipping as our only shipping option. Expedited or express shipping is not available at this time.

 

3. Order Processing & Delivery Time

  • Orders are processed within up to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once your order is shipped, delivery time depends on the selected carrier and your location. Estimated shipping times will be provided at checkout based on the carrier's calculations.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to unforeseen delays by the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

 

4. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order’s weight and the carrier’s rates. We do not offer flat-rate shipping.
  • We offer Free Shipping on orders of $150 or more within the U.S.
  • Different shipping rates may apply based on the carrier’s calculations and the weight of the order.

 

5. Order Tracking & Confirmation

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your order directly on the carrier’s website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

If you do not receive a tracking number or need assistance, please contact cs@marcompanygroup.com.

 

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Mar Company Distributors LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
  • If your package is lost or delayed, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.
  • If your package is lost and not recovered, we will evaluate the case to determine whether a replacement or refund is possible. This evaluation will require confirmation from the shipping carrier that the package has been officially deemed lost.

 

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please:

  • Contact us immediately at cs@marcompanygroup.com.
  • Provide a detailed description and photos of the damaged or incorrect order.
  • Refer to our Return & Refund Policy for more details on how to proceed.

 

8. Cancellations & Address Changes

  • Customers may request cancellations or address changes before their order is processed.
  • Once an order has shipped, no modifications can be made.
  • Customers must immediately contact cs@marcompanygroup.com for any cancellation or address change requests.
  • If the order has already been shipped, we cannot make any changes, and the customer must follow the Return & Refund Policy for further assistance.
